Lacosté was founded by a legendary tennis player, René Lacoste, nicknamed ‘crocodile’ preferred to do everything with elegance. He designed comfortable, breathable polos to facilitate easy movement during his sport, in the 1920s. Lacosté went on to become the symbol of comfort, and luxury, with the crocodile logo becoming instantly recognizable. The polos are simple, worn across the world and famous for their comfort, especially for certain sporting activities.
