Lululemon started in a yoga studio in Vancouver, Canada in 1998. Over their 22 years of growth, they have done incredibly well. They have expanded internationally with stores in the US, England, Australia, and APAC regions. Lululemon created uniforms for the women’s and men’s beach volleyball teams for the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. They have also opened a research center in Vancouver. In 2022, lululemon announced partnerships with the Canadian Olympic Committee and Canadian Paralympic Committee teams through 2028 to be their official outfitter of Team Canada.
